Couple held for offering child little girl
PESHAWAR: The nearby police have captured a couple for offering infant girl to a group required in the offer of babies seized from doctor's facilities and maternity homes in the common capital.
On Friday, the police had captured six individuals from that posse, including ladies, and grabbed an abducted baby, whose deal was arranged through a mediator.
The East Cantonment police told Dawn on Monday said a couple from Pabbi had been arrested for offering its newborn child for Rs90,000 to the busted posse.
A police examiner said the couple got first Rs50,000 and after that Rs40,000 for offering the infant.
He said the couple as of now had five kids.
The authority said the youngster was 16-day-old when she was sold.
He demanded the couple had recorded clashing explanations.
"To start with they (couple) let us know their kid was stole however later withdrawn the announcement demanding they'd given their girl to (tyke seizing and offering group's part) Wajeeha of their own through and through freedom after she guaranteed to deal with her," he said.
The authority said the police had secured two days physical remand of the couple for examination.
Whenever reached, SP Cantonment Circle Kashif Zulfiqar said the couple sold its youngster because of neediness.
