NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will choose if Finance Minister Arun Jaitley will go to a Saarc clerical meeting in Islamabad this month, reports said on Tuesday, and India's guard priest may have flagged the state of mind by portraying Pakistan as a veritable "damnation" to go to.
