ISTANBUL: Three individuals were killed and 40 more injured on Thursday in an auto bomb assault in Turkey's eastern city of Van did by Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) aggressors, a neighborhood official said. 

The assault focused on a police home office in the focal Ipekyolu locale of Van city, Van agent representative Mehmet Parlak was cited as saying by the state-run Anadolu news office, faulting the "provincial fear bunch", the official expression for the PKK. 

He said that the three slaughtered were all regular people while two of the 40 injured were police.
